Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Digital Art & Physical Prints (Posters & Framed Artwork)

We offer both digital art downloads and physical print products, including posters and framed artwork. Because these items differ, their refund and return policies differ as well.
 

1. Digital Art
 

1.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital art purchases are final. Once the files have been delivered or downloaded, we cannot provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
 

1.2 Exceptions for Digital Art

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Technical issues or corrupted files (and the issue cannot be resolved with a corrected file)

  • Incorrect file delivered
     

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations for Digital Art

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind

  • The product didn’t meet expectations

  • You lack the software to use the files

  • Download records show successful access
     

2. Physical Prints (Posters & Framed Artwork)
 

2.1 Refund & Return Eligibility

Physical prints—including posters, framed artwork, or any other print format—may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged in transit
    The item arrives bent, cracked, scratched, shattered (for framed glass), or otherwise damaged.

  • Incorrect item received
    You received the wrong print, size, finish, or style.

  • Print quality defects
    Significant colour errors, misalignment, blurry printing not present in the original artwork, major cropping issues, or physical printing flaws.

     

2.2 Non-Eligible Situations for Posters & Framed Artwork

Returns or refunds will not be granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, format, or frame style

  • Minor colour differences due to screen-to-print variations

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Failure to provide photos needed for verification of damage or defects
     

2.3 Return Requirements

If a return request is approved:

  • Items must be returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was our mistake
     

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at info@rhythmandvision.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (for posters or framed artwork)

  • Screenshots or file details (for digital issues)

We respond within 1–3 business days.
