1. About Us

Visual Solutions Limited is a UK-based creative business producing and selling digital artwork, books, children’s stories, and poetry. Some works are available as limited edition hardcopy prints.
Certain creative works are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence (“AI”). All AI-assisted work is directed, reviewed, and approved by the artist.

2. Nature of the Products

1. Products are available in both digital (downloadable) and physical (limited edition print) formats, as described on the product page.

2. Digital Products are downloadable files; no physical item will be sent unless explicitly stated.

3. Hardcopy Prints are limited edition reproductions of original digital works. Quantities, sizes, and formats will be clearly stated.

4. All creative content is authored or curated by a human artist, even where AI tools assist with drafting, ideation, illustration, or editing.

5. Due to the nature of AI assistance, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated elements are entirely unique or free from resemblance to other works.

3. AI Transparency Statement

1. We believe in openness and artistic integrity. Certain creative works offered on this Site have been AI-assisted.

2. “AI-assisted” means that artificial intelligence tools may have contributed to the generation or enhancement of parts of the work.

3. All AI-assisted outputs undergo human review, curation, and modification by the artist before being offered for sale.

4. The final creative responsibility and copyright ownership remain with the artist and Visual Solutions Limited.

5. Any AI-assisted work will be clearly identified in the product description.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Products (including AI-assisted and fully human-created works) belong to Visual Solutions Limited or the original artist.

2. Purchase of a digital Product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or modify any Product without prior written consent.

4. Limited edition prints remain the intellectual property of the artist. Owning a physical print does not transfer copyright.

5. Commercial use licences may be available on request.

5. Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Payment is required in full before any Product (digital or physical) is dispatched or made available for download.

3. We reserve the right to update prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery

Digital Products

1. Upon successful payment, download links will be provided immediately or sent via email.

2. It is your responsibility to ensure your device can open and store the file format provided.

3. If you experience issues, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Hardcopy Prints

1. Limited edition prints are dispatched using a tracked postal or courier service.

2. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

3. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Visual Solutions Limited cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products

• No refunds or exchanges are available once a download link has been accessed.

• Faulty or corrupted files will be replaced free of charge.

Hardcopy Prints

• Refunds or replacements are available for items damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied.

• Notify us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.

• Returns must be in original packaging.

Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

1. All Products are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.

2. We make no representations that AI-assisted works are entirely original or error-free.

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visual Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of our Products or website.

4. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Product in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
